About the Job
This position involves working with patients in their homes to provide skilled therapy services and promote independence. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in home health care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to promote independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate with caregivers and family members
The selected candidate will be required to have a valid license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Washington and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Additionally, they will need to have their own transportation and be willing to drive up to 50 miles per day.

Precision Scans Inc. offers a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
