- You will work 36 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include days and nights shifts.
- A valid Alaska license is mandatory, and previous travel experience is required.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care to patients in a long-term care facility.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care
- BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
