Job Description
This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans on patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The selected candidate must have a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, as well as the ability to operate complex equipment safely and effectively. A bachelor's or associate's degree in radiologic technology and state licensure to work as a CT technologist are also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
- State License to Work as a CT Technologist
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Proven Experience Working as a CT Technologist for 2-3 Years
- CPR and BLS Certification
- Sound Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and Medical Terminology
- Ability to Stand for Extended Periods
- Strong Technical Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
