Pay: This W2 position starts at $19.00/hour . Employees who work 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance. Colorado offers additional benefits to all employees, including paid sick leave, the Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, which provides paid leave, and a secure savings option through a Roth IRA program.

Hiring Process: The assessment for this position is designed to help us identify the role that best aligns with your skills, experience, and strengths. Please answer each question accurately, as your responses will guide us in determining which position(s) you may be best suited for. While this assessment helps us match you to the most fitting role, we may still discuss multiple job opportunities with you during the interview process. Our goal is to place you in a position where you have the greatest potential to excel and succeed.

Our hiring process begins with a thorough review of applications to identify candidates who align well with our company’s needs. If your application stands out, you will receive a call for an initial phone screen. Following a successful phone screen, we will invite you to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and other relevant management team members.

During the interview, we ask that you use the S.T.A.R. technique. The STAR technique is a structured method used to answer behavioral interview questions by clearly outlining a Situation, Task, Action, and Result. This approach helps candidates provide comprehensive and well-organized responses that showcase their skills and experiences effectively, and helps candidates provide answers that are coherent, concise, and impactful, making it easier for interviewers to assess their competencies and fit for the role. Should you advance past this stage, a job offer will be extended to you. After the offer is accepted, we conduct a background check and proceed with online onboarding.

We will review your application and reach out if we think you're a good match. Due to a high volume of applications, please refrain from calling to inquire about the status of your application; failure to follow this direction will reject your application, as it shows that you may not follow directions and/or read things all the way through.

To ensure full consideration, applications must be submitted by April 14, 2025.

PST adheres to a hands-off approach whenever possible, prioritizing verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques. The only instance where physical intervention is appropriate is if an individual poses an immediate physical threat to themselves, others, or you. Acceptable physical intervention techniques will be taught during our mandatory Phase I training.

Employment with Precision Security Team is "at-will," meaning that either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, as permitted by Colorado law. This at-will employment relationship cannot be altered or modified except by a written agreement signed by both the employee and an authorized representative of the company.

All knowledge about a site's staff, customers, products, events, procedures, facilities, etc. must remain confidential. Any improper public or personal disclosure will result in discipline up to and including termination.
