We’re looking for a skilled Screen Printer with experience in manual screen printing on metals, plastics, and other rigid substrates. What You’ll Do
- Prepare, coat, expose, and clean screens manually to ensure high-quality stencil development.
- Align and print multi-color designs using hand-operated squeegees with care and precision to maintain consistency.
- Mix inks accurately to achieve exact color matches and adjust viscosity as needed.
- Inspect prints, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best end result.
- Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace that supports continuous improvement.
- Assist in other sign production tasks, including vinyl application, metal finishing, and assembly as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fully manual screen printing on rigid substrates.
- Strong technical skills in screen preparation, multi-color registration, and manual ink mixing.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to different materials, projects, and production challenges.
- Knowledge of safe handling practices for industrial inks, solvents, and chemicals.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive motions, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and work comfortably with industrial inks, solvents, and related materials in a manufacturing environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in where needed and take ownership of the work.
- Competitive Pay: $22 - $27 per hour, based on experience.
