We’re looking for a skilledScreen Printerwithhands-on expertiseinmanual screen printingonmetal, plastic, and other rigid substrates.If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride inprecision and craftsmanship,and have a solid understanding ofindustrial inks, ink mixing, screen prep, and manual printing techniques,this could be the perfect role for you!

• Prepare, coat, expose, and clean screens manually to ensure high-quality stencil development
• Align and print designs using hand-operated squeegees with care and precision ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Mix solvent-based inks accurately for metal/plastic printing, adjusting viscosity as needed
• Inspect prints, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best end result
• Use jigs and fixtures to properly position rigid substrates during printing
• Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace that supports continuous improvement
• Assist in other sign production tasks, including vinyl application, metal finishing, and assembly as needed

• 5 years of experienceinmanual screen printingon rigid surfaces (metal, plastic, acrylic, etc.)
• Expertise in screen preparation, multi-color registration, and manual ink mixing
• Knowledge of and responsibility for safe handling practices, with the ability to work with industrial inks, solvents, and chemicals
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to different substrates and production challenges
• Knowledge of proper curing techniques for durable, long-lasting prints.
• Be comfortable checking accuracy with a precision ruler or other tools
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a manufacturing environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in where needed and take ownership of the work

• Competitive Pay:$22 - $26 per hour, based on experience
