Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and skilled repairs on complex production equipment and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting experience, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Pay Range: $30 - $33 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyor systems, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret equipment diagrams and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train operators and mechanics on proper procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications in the system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Formal training in air conditioning, welding, machining, auto repair, electronics, or industrial mechanics (additional experience may substitute for training).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-speed packaging or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical drives, bearings, seals, lubrication, and shaft alignment.
- Experience with pneumatic systems, mechanical timing, and electrical troubleshooting.
- PLC troubleshooting experience required (Allen Bradley preferred).
