Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Supervise the entire production process, ensuring optimal quality and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure product quality is consistently maintained and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintenance Oversight: Manage regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure maximum operational uptime.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Track production metrics, manage the facility’s budget, and report on performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of production management experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift moderate weights when necessary.
