Quality Technician

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections, audits, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Technician will work closely with production teams to implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to established quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop forms for recording, evaluating and reporting of inspection data
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use mathematical concepts
• Ability to define problems verbally and in writing
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Microsoft Excel exp.
• Microsoft Word exp.
• Understands the fundamental purpose for test/projects and be able to make appropriate observations, adjust procedures and note anomalies
• Support and participate in the creation of work instructions and standards
• Assist with customer CAR, Internal NCR/CAR and external provider NCR/SCAR
• Document Inspection data
• Develop QA Policies and procedures
• Assist in customer compliant investigations
• Provide dimensional and technical measurement support for new product qualification
• Set-Up and perform 3D measurements
• Experience using Portable/Romer Arm CMM with PC-DMIS software
• Calibration experience
• Root Cause Investigation

**Travel between facilities may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
