Bilingual in Spanish & English - Phone sales – No Cold Calls
Pay Details:
- $33,280 base $22,000 expected 1st year commissions = $55,000 expected first year income
- $39,500 base $75 to $100k expected 2nd year commissions = $114,500 to $139,500 expected second year income (upon obtaining your Enrolled Agent License)
Bonus Incentives:
- $2,500 bonus for passing all three parts of the Enrolled Agent Exam within 100 days of hire
- $1,500 bonus for passing all three parts after 100 days but within 6 months of hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time position, on-site at our Coeur d’Alene, Idaho office

Precision Tax is a locally owned, nationally recognized IRS tax debt resolution firm, and we're looking to grow our team with a dynamic and personable Bilingual Sales Consultant.
We’re on the lookout for top-tier bilingual sales professionals. No license? No problem. We’ll support you every step of the way—providing all study materials, covering testing costs, and paying for your licensing fees.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required)
- Positive attitude, team player, and coachable
- Driven to succeed in professional sales and work with a variety of people
- AA degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Marketing preferred
- Must be able to obtain a PTIN from the IRS upon hire*
- EA or CPA license preferred; if not already licensed, must pass the 3-part EA exam within 6 months
- 2 years of customer service and/or phone sales experience
- Typing speed: 30 WPM, with strong accuracy
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
