Full Time: Monday – Friday in our office in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho
Salary: $20 per hour to start with the ability to move to $52k after your first year
Bonus Incentives:
- $2,500 bonus for passing all three parts of the Enrolled Agent Exam within 100 days of hire
- $1,500 bonus for passing all three parts after 100 days but within 6 months of hire

In addition, we have a generous PTO plan:
- 120 hours paid time off in the first year.
- An Additional 40 hours of PTO is awarded after the first year of full-time employment, and
- Another 40 hours of PTO after five years of continuous and full-time employment.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Precision Tax is a local IRS tax debt resolution firm, seeking to add to our team of professionals a dynamic and personable Financial Analyst. As part of our team, you'll undergo comprehensive training to become an advocate for individuals dealing with IRS challenges. Your initial focus will be on studying and preparing to obtain your IRS Enrolled Agent license. Additionally, you'll be responsible for conducting compliance checks by communicating with the IRS as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain a PTIN with the IRS* immediately after employment start date, required.
- AA or higher degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, required.
- 2-years of experience in accounting, tax, financial, legal or mortgage industry, may be substituted for degree
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, required.
- Licensed Enrolled Agent, preferred.
- Tech-savvy with a high level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), required.
- Accurate Typing at 45 wpm, required.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; must be able to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment plus self-manage as an independent contributor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
