Mid-level Data Analyst in this context would focus on managing and analyzing scanned documents while utilizing Adobe products for document management and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Scanning and Digitalization:

• Operate scanners to digitize physical documents.
• Use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools (often part of Adobe Acrobat or other software) to extract text from scanned documents.
• Organize and label scanned files systematically for easy retrieval.

1. Data Extraction and Analysis:

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat tools to extract data from scanned documents (e.g., invoices, forms, or reports).
• Analyze extracted data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for insights.

1. Data Management:

• Save and manage scanned documents in Adobe's PDF format, applying security settings (password protection, editing restrictions).
