Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. BA with at least 8 years of experience and strong Banking domain experience. This Sr. BA needs to have previous experience with Risk & Compliance, Change management and process improvement.

• Senior level core BA skills
• PBI or CBAP certifications highly preferred.

Strong BA skills in the following areas:

1)Strategy - Gathering Requirements

2)Package - Write User Stories (Candidates need to know how to "Rock Crush") - this means taking a large concept and breaking it down into digestible pieces

3)Traceability - talk and collaborate with technology and business teams, data teams, and testers.

In addition, they need experience with:

Documenting requirements end to end

Facilitating stakeholder sessions

Document analysis

Know Distinction between business requirement and tech requirement

Know Definition of BA by IIBA standards

Looking for a highly skilled Sr. BA to join their AML Remediation Team, but this person does not need to have AML skills. They just need a Sr. BA with strong banking domain experinece and some process/ procedure/ risk related project experience.

Desired Experience:

• Documenting requirements end to end (not supervising it)

• Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions

• Document Analysis

• Knows the Distinction between business requirement and tech requirement

• Someone who doesn't get too into solution mode

• Process flow skills (Visio)

• Take charge personality

• Know the definition of a BA by IIBA standards

• Being able to collaborate with variegated stakeholders.

• Waterfall and Agile framework experience

• Risk and Compliance experience

Job Duties:

• Plans, manages, leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the program/project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies.

• Assess, document and validate current state processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems and align to strategic business goals.

• Aligns requirements to the target business architecture by identifying the people, process, data and technology program implications.

• Provides support and input to the required documentation/deliverables and monitor/assess to mitigate risks, escalate blockers and ensure quality outputs and track progress.

• Ensures end-to-end requirements traceability back to business objectives

• Provides support maintaining alignment across pods and include the right people in refinement sessions based on their knowledge of the processes for more complex programs.
