Job Duties:
• Plans, manages, leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the program/project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies.
• Assess, document and validate current state processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems and align to strategic business goals.
• Aligns requirements to the target business architecture by identifying the people, process, data and technology program implications.
• Provides support and input to the required documentation/deliverables and monitor/assess to mitigate risks, escalate blockers and ensure quality outputs and track progress.
• Ensures end-to-end requirements traceability back to business objectives
• Provides support maintaining alignment across pods and include the right people in refinement sessions based on their knowledge of the processes for more complex programs.
