The Big Task:

As our Electrical Service Manager, you will build and lead an outstanding electrical service department, developing a team of top-tier technicians and setting the standard for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train and coach field technicians to reach their full potential.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure technicians are assigned to the right jobs for efficiency and success.
• Set the tone for the department daily, bringing energy, motivation, and leadership.
• Inspire and support technicians in achieving their professional and personal goals.
• Implement and uphold performance standards, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an electrician and in leading a service department.
• Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
