Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and per dealership policies and procedures
- Primary job is assisting in the blueprinting of damaged vehicles to complete accurate repair plans
- Blueprinting includes disassembly of vehicles, documenting damaged components, taking pictures of documented items, writing estimates in CCC One, proper storage of removed parts, checking/mirror matching of new parts, staging, and vehicle for the next step in the repair process
- Assist in other departments as needed and as time allows including, re-assembly, paint shop, or detail.
- Assist in shop clean up daily
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
- Provide Dealership level of quality, cleanliness, and care on every vehicle
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of cars, trucks and SUV’s.
- Must be able to follow shop safety protocols
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to participate in in-house training
- Ability to operate all auto repair tolls
- Basic computer skill
- Strong communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety Management, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Clean driving record
