What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Fitness Coach position at Precision Training?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Group Fitness Coach
• Conduct large group training sessions with clients following pre-determined programming structures written by the large group training managers.
• Motivate, inspire, and hold clients accountable to reach their fitness goals.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise techniques to support clients in achieving overall wellness.
• Work with other trainers as a supportive team, invested in whole-organization (not just individual) success.
WHERE WE NEED HELP
• Evening Shift from 4pm - 8pm (Monday through Thursday)

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to commute/relocate: Arlington Heights, IL 60005
• CPR / AED Certification
• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized and accredited certification (e.g., ACSM, NPTI or NASM)
• Friendly demeanor with good communication skills is a must.
• A team player with a teachable spirit, who values collaboration, positivity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
• Some experience in group fitness and training people with different training levels is preferred, but not required.
• Ready to learn, grow, and crush it!
Starting Pay: $35.00 per class
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Salary : $25 - $35
