At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of technicians. You will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Qualifications / Requirements include:
- 2 years sales and customer service / retail experience a big plus
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- An outgoing personality
- Automotive experience in direct repair with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance helpful
( Service advisor role can be learned if mechanically minded )
- Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work
- Good computer and phone skills
- Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Be able to pass background check
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- High school degree, GED and/or some college courses preferred, but not required
