Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience with vehicle maintenance. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, maintaining vehicles, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs
- Complete basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical knowledge for servicing vehicles
- Experience as a service technician or lube technician is a plus
- Strong understanding of oil change procedures
- Sales skills to recommend additional services to customers
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
