Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine vehicle problems and service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Skills
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Experience in cash handling and processing payments
- Proven ability to upsell services based on customer requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
