Responsibilities

• Buy and sell merchandise while maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Conduct employee interviews and facilitate orientation for new hires.
• Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Utilize math skills for pricing, discounts, and financial reporting.
• Lead team management efforts by motivating staff, setting performance goals, and conducting regular evaluations.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for purchases and supplies.
