*Job Summary* As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our customers' vehicles. *Responsibilities* - Perform oil changes and filter replacements - Check and refill vehicle fluids as needed - Rotate tires and inspect tire tread depth - Conduct basic automotive diagnostics - Assist with additional services such as aligning wheels and tire services - Maintain a clean and organized work area *Skills* - Knowledge of automotive service procedures - Ability to perform sales of additional services to customers - Experience with oil changes and basic automotive diagnostics - Familiarity with dealership standards and practices is a plus - Capability to perform heavy lifting when required - Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate service records
