Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge. This role requires the ability to diagnose and complete repairs on Foreign and Domestic vehicles. Including diagnosing and repairing computer systems within the vehicle.
Price and order parts correctly from the companies parts vendors. Write estimates and invoices for completed job, looking up and charging the appropriate labor hours.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance inspection/diagnostic to troubleshoot customers concerns.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using our software system.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functions.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests for assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A proactive positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
