Overview :

Precision Valley Communications, a leader in the Broadband Engineering Industry, is looking for qualified individuals to join our Engineering Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in a career in the telecommunications industry. This role will support our production department to ensure that all work drafted and / or designed by our teams meets expectations based on the customer specifications.

Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities :

• Perform Quality Control analysis on all CAD engineering Work Orders to ensure that the final product meets standards and practices.
• Document any deviation from provided technical specifications and report the changes to the work order to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
• Utilize, develop and / or modify project specific checklists and conform to standards.
• If necessary, attend meetings and / or calls with engineers, drafters and / or supervisory personnel to discuss changes in Quality Control practices that will further enhance the finished engineering work order.
• Work as part of a multi-faceted team consisting of engineering, construction, project management and scheduling personnel, all with a common interest of delivering results to the customer.
• Daily engagement with drafters via email / phones as well as occasional conference calls.
• Report and have accountability to the Quality Control Manager with frequent updates on work order deadlines.
• Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to regulations and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay $17-$23 an hour.
