We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with a range of timepieces, from quartz movements to high-end luxury automatic watches, and a passion for precision craftsmanship.
Key Qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a watchmaker or watch polisher.
- CW21 Certification (or comparable proof of expertise in watchmaking).
- Proven experience with servicing a variety of watches, including luxury brands like Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Cartier, and more.
- Extensive knowledge of repairing, adjusting, and maintaining commonly used watch calibers (e.g., ETA 7750 and similar movements).
- High level of organization and time-management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship.
- Experience in watch and/or jewelry polishing and refinishing is strongly preferred.
- Certification from the Lititz Watch Technicum is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully test all watches to ensure all functions are working properly.
- Perform maintenance, overhauls, part replacements, and other watch repair services.
- Polish and refinish watches and/or jewelry to meet brand and client standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the highest standards of precision and care.
