We are seeking an experienced demolition Estimator or hybrid project manager/estimator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for demolition projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Bid Preparation: Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals to clients, ensuring all requirements and specifications are met.
- Site Assessments: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide clear and accurate cost information.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating within the construction or demolition industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of demolition processes, cost factors, and industry best practices.
