Precizion Partners is a Roseville, CA based demolition and remediation contractor focused on private and public infrastructure projects across throughout California & Northern NV. The Company has three operating companies (demolition, hazardous materials abatement and hauling & disposal services and presently operates out of facilities/yards in Stockton, Concord, Woodland and south Sacramento. The business focuses both on service work (sawcutting and C&D waste hauling) as well as larger projects.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly engaged, hands-on Project Controls Analyst to function as a subject matter expert on construction budgets, forecasting, and earned value management in relation to evaluating project team performance. The incumbent must have the ability to see the big picture of the business and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. This position is particularly well suited for a candidate interested in an accounting and project management role. This role is based out of Roseville, CA and is available for an immediate start.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports Estimating during budget setup, following standard WBS and cost code structure.
- Develops and manages project cost reports.
- Forecasts and analyzes trends, develops estimate to complete costs, analyzes commitments.
- Provides Cost Variance Analyses and variance to budget and the prior forecast.
- Provides Earned Value Analysis by tracking progress and measuring performance.
- Supports Change Management by tracking and analyzing project changes to budget and scope, facilitating the change management process.
- Supports Subcontractor Change Management by reviewing subcontractor changes and assessing impact to overall budget and forecast.
- Provides Risk Analysis by assessing and evaluating project risk at the funding stage and throughout project execution, compiling data and risk analyses.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of contracts and subcontracts and identifies all gaps, risks, opportunities and deliverables.
- Maintains a complete understanding of all contractual obligations, and ensures executed agreements and contracts are in place.
- Produces change orders and liaises with our counterparts to ensure change orders are processed and approved.
- Reviews subcontractor progress and performance and supports payment applications.
- Collects data necessary for daily/weekly/monthly of work completed.
- Creates the weekly and monthly Project Cost reports and presents alongside the Project Managers.
- Reviews and understands schedule as it ties to contractual milestone dates.
- Supports development and implementation of project execution plan.
- Assists Project Managers in client negotiations as they relate to executing contracts and change orders.
- Follow processes for systems and communication lines on site and ensure implementation is consistent.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and customer service-oriented approach.
- Ensures processes are implemented according to the plan and are consistently adhered to.
- Fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Performs other required duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a college degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or Accounting preferred.
- 4 years of construction project controls experience required.
- Understanding of Safety and OSHA requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and approaches.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
