o Knowledgeable of the Demolition/ and or Abatement Industry
o Experience in heavy and/or soft demolition practices
o Proactively network to develop new business opportunities and expand presence in both demolition and concrete sawing industry
o Review plans and specifications, attend pre-bid meetings, determine scope of work, and required contents of estimate.
o Prepare accurate estimates of required labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials needed to complete project
o Ability to read and evaluate plans and relevant contract documents
o Prepare project documents and three-week look ahead schedules for all activities on the job site
o Demonstrate safety leadership; job site safety inspections, daily Demo Task Hazard Analysis (DTHA), weekly safety meetings, etc.
o Manage multiple projects and communicate consistently with all parties involved
o Responsible for the overall project including cost, schedule, quality, safety, and positive working relationships
o Negotiate change requests with client and subcontractors
o Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
o Actively engaged with field crews and operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time without exceeding budget.
o Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to interact and collaborate at all levels of the organization
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience
o Proven supervisory experience in the construction industry
o Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
o Must possess a valid driver’s license
