Precoat Metals, a leading coil coatings company, seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Quality Lab Technician. Located in Washington, MO, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the quality of our products by implementing proper standards and physical test requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting physical quality testing, maintaining paint standard files, and performing various in-house quality control audit checks and testing methods. Additionally, they will monitor coating film thickness and conversion coating weights during all production and assist as backup to the manufacturing line.
We are looking for an individual with great accuracy with details, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines. The ideal candidate must be computer literate, familiar with the Windows Operating system, and able to work various shifts in a plant environment.
