About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in designing analytics applications and leading UI development teams . In this role, you will drive the user experience strategy, create intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and responsive applications . Pharma domain knowledge is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities

Lead the UX design strategy for data-driven analytics applications .
Collaborate with UI developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Ensure designs are scalable, responsive, and optimized for performance across devices.
Guide and mentor a team of UI developers to maintain design consistency and best practices.
Work closely with data visualization teams to design interactive dashboards and analytics interfaces .
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, frameworks, and best practices .

Required Qualifications

5 years of UX design experience, with a focus on analytics or data-driven applications .

Proven experience leading and collaborating with UI development teams .

Expertise in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar .

Strong understanding of responsive design, scalability, and performance optimization .

Experience with modern design frameworks (Material Design, Ant Design, Bootstrap, etc.).

Familiarity with data visualization concepts and best practices for analytics interfaces.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments .

Excellent communication skills to present and advocate for design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Pharma or healthcare domain knowledge is a big plus.

Experience designing for regulatory-compliant applications (HIPAA, GxP, etc.).

Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) to collaborate effectively with developers.
