Ideal Candidate Profile – Sr. Cloud Engineer / Clinical Analyst
Core Expectations:
- Clinical Analyst Background:
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and terminology (e.g., HL7, ICD, CPT).
- Hands-on experience in ELV (Extract, Load, Validate) processes, particularly around clinical data.
- Ability to analyze, validate, and test clinical data flows for quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare SMEs to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Testing Expertise:
- Solid foundation in data validation, test case creation, regression testing, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with ETL pipeline testing and large-scale healthcare data ingestion/processing.
- Cloud & Big Data Engineering Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP (preferably both).
- Strong in ETL tools and workflows – must know how to work with Teradata, Snowflake, and Unix/Linuxenvironments.
- Proficient in Python, PySpark, and Scala for data processing tasks.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and cloud-native deployments.
- Preferred Domain:
- Must have experience in the Healthcare domain, working with clinical data systems, payer-provider data, or EHR/EMR systems.
