Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Computer Systems Analyst III to join our team in Norfolk, VA.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.
- Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Administrate Navy Computer Network Defense (CND) systems, including the Host-Based Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Perform scanning with the CND toolset and provide non-compliance reports.
- Provide reports and documentation in support of the submission of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Validate technical standards and security policy for LAN topologies and components; identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- First-hand experience is desired in the following areas:
- CISCO Router / Switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Domain Administration.
- Virtual server administration.
- Private Cloud Infrastructure.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of five (5) years of Submarine Shore Communications Computerized System experience, to include: design, development, test and evaluation, network protocols, LAN administration fundamental, and UNIX and Windows based operating systems.
- Administrator Navy Computer Network Defense (CND) systems, including the Host-Based Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Perform scanning with the CND toolset and provide non-compliance reports.
- Provide reports and documentation in support of the submission of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Validate technical standards and security policy for LAN topologies and components; identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- First-hand experience is desired in the following areas:
- CISCO Router / Switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Domain Administration.
- Virtual server administration.
- Private Cloud Infrastructure.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Complete the following certifications within one and a half years after assuming duties: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/Certified Software Development Professional (CSEP), or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Sun Certified Professional (SCP), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or other).

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
