Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated DCGS-MC Intelligence Systems Trainer in Camp Pendleton, CA to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and system support for Marine Corps Common Intelligence Systems (MCCIS, MCCIW, CGS-W). This role requires a highly skilled instructor capable of delivering classroom and over-the-shoulder field training while optimizing the use of GEOINT, SIGINT, and All-Source intelligence tools.Conduct classroom and hands-on instruction on MCCIS, MCCIW, and CGS-W.Embed with Marine units to provide real-time, over-the-shoulder training and mentorship in garrison and field environments.Ensure personnel understand system capabilities, workflows, and best practices for effective GEOINT, SIGINT, and All-Source intelligence operations.Develop, review, and update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, student guides, and practical exercises.Provide input for online training resources, instructional videos, and e-learning modules.Support the creation of self-paced learning materials for Marines and intelligence professionals.Travel to Marine Corps training sites, operational units, and exercises to conduct training.Troubleshoot equipment and software issues to ensure readiness for intelligence operations.Proficiency in virtual machine configurations and the administration of VMware environments (ESXi, vSphere, VCSA, iDRAC), ensuring intelligence systems operate at peak efficiency in both training and operational environments.Extensive knowledge in :Esri ArcGIS All-Source

A minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience with USMC intelligence systems, including TCAC or DCGS-MC applications and system administration functions.EDUCATION :
High School Diploma or GED. Completion of formal Military / DoD Intelligence training.Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications : CCNA Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND and SSCP.
