Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Logistician II to join our team in Portsmouth, VA.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct the integrated logistics process.
- Develop support policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee and implement inventory procedures of ready-service spare parts.
- Ensure requirements and standards are met for packaging, procurement, and delivery.
- Implement and maintain procedures for database and audit compliance.
- Develop, initiate, integrate, and manage all logistics actions associated with the life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.
- Help foster trusting relationships with team members.
- Establish and enforce standards to ensure the assigned workforce is properly trained and equipped.
EXPERIENCE:
- Three (3) years' experience in defense life-cycle logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes.
- One (1) year of experience in support of C4ISR systems.
- Working towards Professional Logistics Certification - i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in Lifecycle (Acquisition) Logistics Level 1, or have equivalent logistics training, or possess an additional one (1) year working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.
- Proven experience utilizing a computer-based inventory and barcoding system for entry, identification, and tracking of material.
- Experience with inventory management and reporting.
- U.S. Navy experience desired.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Working towards Professional Logistics Certification - i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in Lifecycle (Acquisition) Logistics Level 1, or have equivalent logistics training, or possess an additional one (1) year working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.

Salary : $65,000 - $74,000
