Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Subcontracts Administrator to join our team in Summerville, SC.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and/or provide guidance in the preparation of subcontracts, agreements, and modifications.
- Analyze subcontract modifications and provide recommendations.
- Review subcontractor estimates, including proposed materials, services costs, etc. for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop subcontracts letters and other communications and notices.
- Analyze subcontracts for compliance requirements.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of Project Setup.
- Provide management of contractual rights and obligations for new and revised subcontracts.
- Maintain subcontract briefs and Contract Work Authorizations in accordance with contractual documentation.
- Ensure subcontractor purchase orders are recorded accurately in Deltek CostPoint.
- Provide financial data and commentary for monthly Program Management Reviews.
- Maintain subcontract electronic files.
- Work closely with the Program Managers and Project Control Specialist/Analyst to ensure subcontract compliance and accurate reporting.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of five (5) years of comprehensive DoD contracting experience.
EDUCATION:
- NCMA other relevant contracting certifications desirable.
- Bachelor's degree is highly desired.
