Location: Tampa HQ (in-person)
Compensation: Commission-based — earn $5,000–$15,000 per deal
Overview:
Join a fast-growing real estate investment company on a mission to dominate the Florida market and beyond. As an Acquisitions Agent, you’ll speak directly with motivated sellers, build relationships, and get properties under contract below market value.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls daily to leads from marketing lists
- Follow up with warm and hot leads consistently
- Qualify sellers (motivation, condition, timeline, price)
- Analyze comps and repair costs to determine offer prices
- Present cash offers and negotiate win-win solutions
- Submit contracts and work with the team to close deals
- Log all activity and notes in our CRM (we’ll train you)

Compensation: Commission-based — earn 5%–10% per deal

We’re looking for a hungry Sales Agent who knows how to build relationships and move deals. You’ll work with a list of cash buyers and investors to assign contracts for profit. If you’ve got hustle, confidence, and sales experience, this is your spot.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with cash buyers, landlords, and flippers
- Match our under-contract deals to qualified buyers
- Send out deal blasts via SMS, email, and calls
- Schedule showings and negotiate assignment fees
- Maintain a pipeline of active buyers and manage offers
- Coordinate closings with title companies and our internal team
- Keep everything updated in the CRM
