Job Summary
PREEMINENT is seeking a Part-Time Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for drafting and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient operations at each assigned client facility. This person will serve as a primary contact between front line employees and operations. Responsible for establishing schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Drafts and maintains master distribution schedule for each site.
- Post schedule 30-60 days out.
- Revise schedule as needed and alert appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
- Schedule On Call Officers.
- Attend Deputy Software Training to master the inner workings of Deputy.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience drafting and maintaining schedules for more than 100 employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with and lead/supervise others while effectively handling internal pressures
