Type : Temp-to-Hire, Full Time
Compensation : $18-$20 / hour to start before working more on commission (higher earnings)
Schedule : Monday-Thursday from 8am-6pm, Friday from 8am-12pm

Position Overview :
Reaching out to consumers to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans.
Work with consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and up to date consumer records Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collections.
Provide excellent customer service and support to consumers through the debt resolution process.
Handle inbound and place outbound calls for assigned accounts.
Take on existing accounts and maintain new accounts. .
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :
Administrative and / or Customer service experience preferred
Effective communicator and comfortable talking on the phone
Adept with computers and willing to learn new software
Reliable and self-motivated
