Location : Fargo, ND
Compensation : Starting at $80k / year, DOE
Position Overview :
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
Prepare and present proposals, build cost estimates, and evaluate project risks.
Conduct site visits, pre-job meetings, and surveys as needed.
Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams for project coordination and scheduling.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :
High School Diploma required;Bachelor s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial, trucking, or related fields
Ability to learn technical details and apply them in customer interactions
Valid Driver s License and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel
Familiarity with construction sites, service contracting, or heavy equipment is a plus
