Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Jacksonville, FL. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service as necessary. Daily tasks include routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring the properties are in excellent condition. Customer service is a critical component, requiring direct interaction with residents to solve their maintenance concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently
- Experience in the field service domain
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
