Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates and repair technicians to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Management: Drive sales through effective merchandising, customer engagement, and implementing promotional strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive top-notch service and that their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Operations: Oversee inventory management, store maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, financial reports, and ensure profitability through effective cost control and revenue generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.
