What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Ops Officer position at Preferred Bank?
This position is responsible for supporting the Operations Officer for the performance of the branch operations staff and will act as the back-up to the Operations Officer when said position is away from the Bank. Assisting in coordinating the activities of the branch for efficient customer service, risk management, and customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum five years of experience in bank operations or financial services required
- Cash handling experience in a bank setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
