Job Description:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing peri-operative care and post-operative nursing care to patients undergoing various types of surgery. You will work closely with the surgeon and other healthcare professionals on the surgical site to ensure that the patient receives the best possible care.
*Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting patient medical histories, administering injections, medications, or other therapies, recording and monitoring patient vital signs, assisting patients with daily living activities, getting patients ready for surgery, following proper post-operative care instructions, keeping the treatment room clean, and adhering to HIPAA regulations.*
