- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks effectively.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in welding techniques is a plus.
- 1 year Nursing Home experience required
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and facilities maintenance practices.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques and materials is desirable.
