Summary
We are seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team in NW New Jersey. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their comfort and safety at home. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
We are always looking for caring and reliable Caregivers like you to help us care for our clients in Morris, Sussex, Warren, and Passaic Counties. We have various shifts available including days, overnights, weekends, and live-in opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and help with meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation for errands or appointments.
- Monitor and document patient observations and report any changes in condition.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with NJ Board of Nursing
- Must have work physical, PPD/Mantoux or Chest X-Ray, MMR vaccinations or titer test all within last 12 months.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of memory care, dementia care, and senior care practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
