Summary
We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team at Preferred Care at Home of NW New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, managing medications, and supporting overall well-being of the client. We cover areas in the Morris and Sussex County areas.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Proven experience in home healthcare or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
