Summary
We are seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team in NW New Jersey. We are seeking IMMEDIATE placement for the following in Sparta, NJ:
Female client- Tuesdays, Saturdays, & Sundays 9am-9pm. Assist with ADL/IADS & transfers.
Female client - Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Must have experience working with late stage Dementia.
Male client - Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Assistance with ADL, memory care, driving client locally on errands. This client does have a friendly dog so must be willing to work in a home with dogs.
Pay rates for these clients are $18-$20 depending on case and experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with light housekeeping duties including laundry and meal preparation.
- Support clients with dementia care and other specific health needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition.
Requirements
- Must be Certified Home Health Aide with NJ Board of Nursing
- Must have work physical, PPD or chest xray, MMR vaccinations or MMR titer test within the last 12 months.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic cooking skills for meal preparation
