- Above average pay- average pay is $12/hr, but WE think that is just WAY too low, so we start you out at $15 . If you worked full-time, that’s an extra $480 a month than our competitors, even if we started you out on our minimum of $15.
- If you have friends who also want to become caregivers, we pay YOU for recommending US. We don’t just say “thanks” and throw in a high five. That’s lame. We give you $125 for every referral. Our competitors just don’t do that. Which is also lame.
- Some agencies make you pay out of pocket for the gas you use to run errands for your client. Doctors appointments, grocery shopping, and even picking up medication. NOT OKAY. We offer mileage reimbursement, because it just makes sense.
- A lot of agencies don’t offer medical assistance for employees. We get it, that used to be us. But that’s what our caregivers were wanting, so that’s what we offer now. Wellness Programs, paid 100% by us.
