Some background, HomeCarePulse reaches out to our caregivers, asks them some questions, and then we as a team go over them to see how we can resolve concerns as well as every Thursday the team goes over what we could improve on. We take our reviews that have concerns and we go over them as a team to discuss them. We find ways to change the outcome and make adjustments that need to be made.
We have team members on call to answer some of your questions via phone call or text. We are still finding ways to improve our company and it helps when we discuss those concerns that caregivers have. At Preferred Care at Home, we want to make you feel like you matter. The Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Pass Background Check
Pass Drug Screen
1 Year (preferred) experience- personal or professional
