Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff
- Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care
- Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards
- Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Proven experience in a nursing management role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing techniques
