Healthcare Services Director Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Healthcare Services Director to join our team at Preferred Care at Mercer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and managing nursing staff, and promoting a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare services
- Lead and manage nursing staff

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
